ABOUT ME

My name is Tom Shooter and this is my personal website.

I am an Entrepreneur, Outdoor Enthusiast, Freelance Outdoor Instructor/Expedition Leader, Public Speaker and Independent Travel Consultant.

I have turned my love of adventure and travel into my career. I feel blessed to have done this and try to inspire other people to live life to the full in any way they can.

I learnt from a very early age that our time on this earth is short. I can’t pinpoint exactly when this moment of clarity occurred, but accepting and acknowledging this simple reality has completely changed my outlook on life.

In my short time on this earth, I’ve tried to pack in as much as I possibly can and strive to persuade others to do the same. In doing so, I’ve travelled to over 50 countries, guided people up mountains, cycled throughout the world, and inspired others to travel and adventure more.

In 2010 I founded More Adventure, an exciting travel company that has assisted countless individuals and groups achieve amazing things through the medium of adventure.  Many of these events have also raised thousands of pounds for numerous charities, and have been the focal point for many overcoming difficult and challenging times in their lives. This has been by far my most rewarding venture so far and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
