Courses sold on this site are digital products delivered online via our learning platform. Access is granted upon successful payment and is for your personal, non-transferable use only.
2. Payment
Payments are processed securely via PayPal. All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Access
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the relevant course content via your account on tomshooter.co.uk. Access is granted for 12 months from the date of purchase.
4. Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be genuinely happy with your course. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
To request a refund:
- Email with your order details and reason for the refund request
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
This guarantee applies provided the request is made within the stated period. We reserve the right to decline refund requests made outside this window or in cases of suspected abuse of this policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, text, downloads, and materials, remains the intellectual property of Tom Shooter / More Adventure Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share course content without prior written permission.
6. Course Availability
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of significant changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Course content is provided for educational and informational purposes. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, employment, or income as a result of completing a course. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our courses.
8. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
